In order to achieve a particularly high coating quality, the basic car bodies are pre-treated and coated in a cathodic submersion coating bath. A special submersion facility dips the car bodies on product carriers (skids) into the cathodic submersion coating tanks. Additionally, the lifter has a tilting function to allow any remaining liquid to run off after lifting.
